She has been dancing for as long as she can remember, from putting her parents through home talent shows to stage school and then studying a Bachelor of Arts Honours in dance at Ulster University.

Steph founded Dance Fiit alongside Jess in October 2022 after more than 4 years working in dance fitness & personal training. In her many years of dance experience, Steph has come to love all styles of dance and brings a high energy mix of jazz and hip hop to her Dance Cardio classes. She recently completed a Certificate III and IV in fitness.

Steph is also a mum to a cheeky little one and understands how the busyness of life means you must make the most out of a workout to look after your body as well as your mind. She brings an infectious energy, loves incorporating many genres of music whilst accommodating to all levels of dance experience.

Whichever class you take with Steph, you’ll leave with a sense of accomplishment and buzzing with a smile you can’t hide!

    From Steph:
