You do not need to be a dancer to join our classes.
Unfortunately, the internet has given this idea that dancing is about nailing a routine and going viral online.
But dance has always been - and will always be - the most uplifting way to exercise. And studies are finally starting to catch up on that fact.
We don’t think dance as exercise should only be for the people who look good while they’re doing it. Looking good isn’t our goal here - FEeling good is.
Dance fitness that is intentionally & expertly designed to get results while having fun!
Dance Fiit
Kiids
The kids dance class with a difference is here.
For a long time, we danced around the idea of introducing kids classes. But when we started to look around for dance classes for our own kids, we realised we couldn't quite find what we were looking for.So Dance Fiit KIIDS was born.
If you know us, you know Dance Fiit has always been about the fun and satisfaction of moving to music, without pressure or perfection. Now, we're extending foundation to your kids.
It's the dance class for kids that is more about play and creative expression than performance and perfection.
It's the dance class for kids that has less to do with costumes and tutus and more to do with the power of moving to music.
It's the dance class to break down the idea that 'dancing is for girls' and 'sports is for boys' as we teach skills and technique that will benefit your child across many sports, not just dance.
Dance Fiit KIIDS is not a toddler tutus class. It's not a playgroup or gymnastics.
Instead, it's the perfect crossover of dance and fitness, designed specifically with kids in mind. It's dance and play-based fitness that builds the foundation movement for all sports—not just dance. We created this because we believe play and dance can: Grow confidence and joy in exercise Foster creativity and imagination Build coordination and rhythm Create community

Stephanie Brunt
Co-FOUNDER / Instructor
Steph is our studio’s international dance heroine and dance cardio expert, heralding from Northern Ireland and settling in Australia in 2012. She has been dancing for as long as she can remember, from putting her parents through home talent shows to stage school and then studying a Bachelor of Arts Honours in dance at Ulster University.
Steph founded Dance Fiit alongside Jess in October 2022 after more than 4 years working in dance fitness & personal training. In her many years of dance experience, Steph has come to love all styles of dance and brings a high energy mix of jazz and hip hop to her Dance Cardio classes. She recently completed a Certificate III and IV in fitness.
Steph is also a mum to a cheeky little one and understands how the busyness of life means you must make the most out of a workout to look after your body as well as your mind. She brings an infectious energy, loves incorporating many genres of music whilst accommodating to all levels of dance experience.
Whichever class you take with Steph, you’ll leave with a sense of accomplishment and buzzing with a smile you can’t hide!
From Steph:
“I feel like I have found my home. The studio is so much more than a place to work out. It is a community of supportive women who are there to work hard and have lots of laughs along the way. I am so incredibly lucky to have a job I love!”

Jessica Cameron
Co-Founder / Instructor
Jess is our Dance Fiit behind-the-scenes wonder woman, coupling her skills & training in communications with her experience in dance to contribute to the image & promotion of the studio.
She started out dancing at four years old focusing on Jazz and Tap before moving onto hip hop as a teenager when she also first dabbled in teaching dance. Jess trained as a Secondary Teacher in Social Sciences before shifting into teaching dance in high schools from 2015. Her experience in dance includes performing in community theatre in Canberra before relocating to Brisbane. This sparked her passion for performing arts, she continues to be involved in choreography & directing with local Brisbane schools.
After more than 4 years teaching dance in various contexts, Jess & Steph launched Dance Fiit!
In 2020, Jess became a mum & then welcomed baby number 2 in 2023. She understands intimately the importance of looking after your mind & body in all stages of pregnancy and recovery. The experience has provided a greater sense of how she can incorporate antenatal care & post-natal recovery alongside fun and light-heartedness in her classes.
You’ll find her classes upbeat & easy to pick up no matter what level of fitness or dance experience you have.
From Jess:
“Coming to any one of our classes is perfect for anyone who has found that going to the gym never stuck. Our classes are so much fun and will get results faster just because it’s so much easier to push yourself when you forget you’re even working out! We can’t wait to dance with you, and hit a few of your goals along the way.”

Tully Stone
Instructor
Tully grew up in Roma and began dancing as soon as she could at only two years old in just about every style you could list as she followed in the footsteps of her older sister. Quickly, dancing became second nature as she couldn’t get enough and often keenly joined classes for girls much older. Soon, Tully was involved in competitive Scottish Highland dancing and thus began the journey of Highland dancing that Tully is still on today. In fact, Tully has been a dancer at the Edinburgh Military Tattoo for 3 years and has extensively travelled as a Highland dancer.
Tully joined the Dance Fiit Fam as an instructor after she moved to Brisbane to study a dual degree in Bachelor of Education (Secondary) and a Bachelor of Exercise Science. She came initially as a client and it didn’t take long before we welcomed Tully to the team.
Tully’s background in health and fitness as well as her wide range of dance experience means you’re guaranteed a great work out with the best mix of dance styles and fun!
From Tully:
“I first came to the studio as a client and fell in love straight away. The warm and welcoming community from not only the instructors but other clients made me feel so comfortable. Now as an instructor, seeing the joy on peoples faces when they have completed a class just melts my heart. I cannot wait to get to know you as well as help you reach your goals!”
