Where is Dance Fiit?
You’ll find us upstairs at 273 Hawthorne Road above Sister Cafe, near the Hawthorne Cinema.
There is ample free parking on Hawthorne Road, Orchard Street & Lindsay Street.
Our space has a comfortable waiting & change room with bathroom & shower facilities. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before class, to get familiar with the space & meet your instructor.

There is a saying we have at the studio which goes something like 'this is the perfect place for anyone who doesn't like the gym'.
We usually find ourselves saying This after someone new has finished their first class: they're smiling, feeling invigorated and a little bashful at being new. But It's truly an accomplished and satisfied feeling getting to the end of a class, sweaty, and ready to take on whatever comes next.
And that great feeling comes from not just working out to great music, but from being a part of an inclusive, empowering fitness environment where you are welcomed just the way you are and where we want to join you on your health and wellbeing journey!
We're proud to say we focus on more than just the scales and your measurements.
Our heart is about empowering you to feel great about what you are capable of, both mind and body. Because the way we see it, dance & pilates-inspired fitness improves so many areas of your health & wellbeing: balance, coordination, mobility, confidence, strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness... we could go on & on (and we often do!)
Amongst the team, we have a combined total of over 35 years experience across a full range of dance styles including jazz, contemporary, musical theatre and even Scottish highland dancing. you won't ever get bored working out with us. the variety you'll experience at DANCE FIIT IS SECOND TO NONE.
